P.O.U.S., or Pilsner of Unusual Size, is a classic pilsner with something suspicious happening just beneath the surface—and yes, they do exist. Built on a nearly all-pilsner malt bill with a touch of Carahell, it’s crisp, clean, and far smoother than its name might suggest. Hopped with Centennial, Mosaic, and Simcoe, this one disappears fast, so if you don’t see it anymore… no screaming “Inconceivable!”.
