627 Ale is a classic cream ale with a twist! This beer celebrates our brewer Tory’s marriage to his fiance Maddie on June 27th. It’s light-bodied and easy drinking, with a subtle corn sweetness balanced by healthy additions of crystal hops in the boil and the whirlpool. This slightly heavier dose of hops brings floral and herbal notes, providing the beer with a complex and refreshing drinking experience that’s both delicate and flavorful.
